My husband and I have 5 children ages; 3, 8 (twins), 9 & 10. I work for a university, which has benefits for our children at a much later time. My husband currently stays at home because it is not financial feasible for us to put our son in day care for my husband to work just to pay that bill. We have one working car which I take to work every day that has over 125k miles on it. We are barely scraping by. We do not spend money excessively. We pay our bills, mostly on time, sometimes we get behind. We have credit card debt. We've gotten it mostly because when we're been in a pinch for money to pay a bill, we've used our credit cards to cover it. Now we have almost 10k in credit card debt. I realize that we are probably just like everyone else trying to make
it, but I fear the financial burden and insecurity for my family. Does
anyone have any suggestions?
